FAQs

1. Why climb and bouldering in particular?
It is a fun activity for personal, internal state with spiritual rewards. Only time will tell whether you like going climbing! Bouldering is climbing on smaller rocks. It differs from rock cliffs and rock walls in terms of size only. They are essentially life-size stones. Bouldering can be great fun for beginners as well as experts.

2. I am not a very muscular person. I have a lean body. Will I be able to do bouldering?
Climbing is largely balance and technique, and not strength. Your balance and technique will determine how much strength you will use to climb.

3. What is the fitness level required for climbing?
Rock climbing and bouldering can be done by anyone and everyone by choosing the degree of difficulty. Easy patches can be climbed first time by an 8-year-old.

4. Will I have safety gears and support during the activity?
With the safety line harnessed to the climber, the climber develops a safety system that arrests his fall, in case of a slip. But one can expect some bruises, but again, under expert supervision, it is a safe and enjoyable experience.

5. How fast can I learn the sport?
The sport can be understood very quickly, but skills develop over a practice. The activity, in particular, depends upon person to person.

6. How quickly will I be able to do big rock cliffs?
Rock climbing isn't about the length of the climbing area but about grading. A small boulder of 6 feet can be more difficult than a 120 feet rock cliff.

All the basic necessary gears are provided by us. Beyond that if you want you can buy chalk bag, carabiners, etc, later.
